3d pixel to .x file

If I have a bunch of 3d pixels, lets say in this format (I could maybe chage it if required):

R, G, B, X, Y, Z

is there an easy way for me to turn a buch of those into a .x file?

(FYI: I have NO idea how a .x file works)
