OTP: Upgrade Does Not Work Any More Since Microsoft changed it.

Please change your Internet Explorer security settings
To save changes to your settings for this website, you need to enable userdata persistence for Internet Explorer. Complete the steps below, and then clickChange settings to the left and try saving your changes again.

  1. In Internet Explorer, on theTools menu, clickInternet Options.

  2. Click theSecurity tab, click theInternet security zone icon, and then clickCustom Level.

  3. In theSettings dialog box, scroll to theMiscellaneous section.

  4. UnderUserdata persistence , selectEnable.

  5. ClickOK and when the security warning dialog box appears, clickYes.

I did all these changes in the options

section and the expresss or custom upgrade section

Still comes uo with the message above..
