MSDN Download Manager

Where is the MSDN Download Manager Located?

I started a few downloads, but my system was resarted which caused the download manager to quit. I know that if I can start it again then I can resume downloads. The problem is, I dont know what the application is called or where it is located.

I had the same problem. Try to see if it's here: C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\TransferMgr.exe
