Application Error when trying to reach Product Keys
Has anyone else not been able to retrieve Product Keys from the subscriber downloads area? Everytime I've tried to load the Product Keys page for the past 2 days I've gotten an "Application Error" page.

I have the same problem. According to the error code, it is an "unrecoverable error accessing a database". I sent a problem report to subscriptions support (somewhere on the MSDN site). Hopefully somebody over there will wake up and attend to it soon - I really need a key.
I'm receiving the error as well.

When I tried to reach support the site said to sign in and click on Support Incidents. I followed the sign in link and of course there was no link for Support Incidents.
Don't use "support incidents" unless you want to lose one - those cost you. I went to this page:
http://support.microsoft.com/gp/contactusMSDN?sd=msdn
And clicked on the link for MSDN membership issues. It gave me a feedback form. Of course, I have not heard back yet, but if any with this problem submit a problem report this way, it might eventually get somewhere. Is MSDN staffed during weekends? Seems not.
Can't even get to the "manage my subscriptions" page now....

The Product Key system issues appeared to have been resolved earlier today.
There have been, and continue to be other intermittent Subscriber Downloads issues througout the day and into this evening. The Ops and Dev Teams have been troubleshooting them throughout the day and are actively engaged to resolve them even now.
Still down here. Is there anyone that we can speak directly to? Mine has been down since Thur. nite, (U.S.A, EST.), I believe.
Is there a "best practices" for getting this back? Signing out of everything, clearing cache/cookies/cobwebs and signing back in? Anything other than "Ops/Dev has it fixed, except for you"?
Great. Now I can't even browse the front page articles. Does this work for anyone:
http://www.microsoft.com/err/technet/desktopdeployment/bdd/2007/MOMMgmtPk_1
I figured I would read a front page article and kill a little time, since I'm SURE Technet will respond to our woes immediately and get the products/keys available ASAP, but nooooo, I can't even read articles. Why not a front page splash that says "don't click on anything; it probably won't work"?
