I have tried both of microsofts sites to try to download "microsoft viusal studio C++ Express Edition" and it just goes to a screen that says that the page can not be found. I accually cannot download any of microsofts files- (?) (i have windows xp sp2, internet works fine; ive tried both IE and FireFox) any alternative downlaods OR know how to fix this?
