CREATE MEMBER name length limitation

hi all. I'm creating calculated member using CREATE MEMBER statement. I would like to know,

1. is there any limitation on the name length itself? i tried before by putting the

name with 400 characters long, the member created successfully.

2. with the name getting longer, is there any performance impact on the AS2005?
