configurable goal value in KPI list

i am using a Sharepoint 2007 KPI list which is drawing data from an SSAS KPI . The goal, trend etc are coming from the SSAS itself. Is there a property which i can set in sharepoint itself so that the GOAL value of the KPI can be set by the Sharepoint Admin/user in the site itself while seeing the KPI stats in the website ?

I tried keeping the goal expression blank from the SSAS KPI (in an attempt that sharepoint lets me set it at its end ) but it still doesnt make the sharepoint KPI GOAL value configurable.
