Web Application Hosting New Window Session Maintaince Issue

I have a web application hosted in CCF.

When ever the hosted application open a new window the browser window is send to login page.

I guess when ever the browser is opened in new window, a new process is started. and in the new window finds that user is not authenticated.

Is there a work around for the same.
